Most of our roasted nut and trail mix varieties are fully vegan (and fully delicious). Our protein bars do contain milk protein isolate, so if you’re dairy-free, go for the roasted nuts or trail mix instead. Check the product page for all the plant-based details.

Yes! Everything we make is peanut-free and perfect for lunchboxes, field trips, and snack time. That said, every school’s allergy policy is different, so give it a quick check just to be safe.

Seed oils like canola, soybean, and sunflower? We’ll pass. They’re highly processed and not our vibe. We use 100% pure avocado oil instead — clean, simple, and better for your body.

Cool, dry places are your friend. Our resealable packaging keeps things fresh. Protein bars don’t need the fridge, but it’ll extend shelf life if you do. Just let them warm to room temp before diving in for the best flavor.
